It was a bright sunny day in Stuttgart. We went to all of the popular tourists sites such as the Schlossplatz (Castle Plaza), Schillerplatz near the oddly shaped Stiftskirche, and Oberer Schloßgarten which is a nice park with a big lake in the middle of it. Then we went on to the Mittlerer Schlossgarten and watched the old men play chess on the giant chessboards.
In the evening, we took a long walk past the picturesque Johanneskirche am Feuersee with a lake in front of it and up to the Binsenplatte Forest which has views of the entire city.
